COLONIE CENTER MALL
Albany, NY

Post-construction cleaning services were provided on the Colonie Center Mall makeover project.  Rayben’s team of post-construction technicians serviced Regal Theaters and selected Food Court areas.  The 42-year-old Colonie Center Mall is now over 100,000 square feet larger and a 100 percent more superb. 

DFAS
Rome, NY

Carpet cleaning was provided to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service. Rayben’s floor care technicians used the traditional method of hot water extraction to restore 12,000 square feet of DFAS’s aging carpet.

SCCC
Schenectady, NY

Vinyl composition tile floor reconditioning was completed at the Administration Building of Schenectady County Community College.  Rayben’s floor care technicians stripped and waxed the 15,000 square-foot area, infusing life back into the faded surfaces.

Design assistance and installation of carpet, carpet tile, walk off mats, steps, emblems and other remodeling and capital improvement projects, completed by Rayben Enterprises for local branches of KeyBank and Pioneer Savings Bank, are some of our most rewarding experiences locally.

A comprehensive carpet, flooring, and base cove molding project was completed at the Watervliet Arsenal. Drive, experience, and team spirit of Rayben's crew made the work seem easy.  The results were outstanding.

80 State Street, LLC
Albany, NY

Carpet installation was provided to 80 State Street, LLC. Working with the customer-selected design, Rayben Enterprises, Inc. re-carpeted the several square-feet lobby of 80 State Street, LLC Albany office. Craftsmanship of our installers met the most stringent architectural requirements of the installation.
